I had THE worst buying experience at Cliff Wall.. Nicolas Sc hmidt was verbally Abusive to me when he was trying to sell me additional coverage for my car. Cliff Wall needs a wake up call This dealership still treats women like second class citizens. My sales person was a woman and phenomenal, attentive and great follow through. BUT, the atmosphere of the dealership is old school: men ignore female customers on the sales floor and in the service Dept. When called out, they didn’t accept responsibility or apologize. Sad, women are still forced to face this blatant disrespect. Yo, car dealers, women are breadwinners and buy vehicles! Time to be part of the solution, not remain part of the problem.
