Not very satified with the customer service provided My Mazda CX5 was having some peculiar things occurring. When you turned the car off, the engine would disengage, but sometimes the auxiliary power wo My Mazda CX5 was having some peculiar things occurring. When you turned the car off, the engine would disengage, but sometimes the auxiliary power would stay on. Also several times the car needed to be jumped for no apparent reason. Talked to our local automotive repair man and he said he would research it. I googled it and found exactly what my car was doing and what the fix was. I called Cliff Wall to set up the appointment, and confirmed they had the part necessary for the fix. I provided them with the service bulletin and the required part number. They comfirmed they had the part, so I made the appointment and traveled to GB (I live 60 miles out of town). When I came for the appointment, a little while after the vehicle was brought back, the Service Rep came and told me it needed a little plastic part that they needed to order. I told him I confirmed they had the part before I came. Long story short, they had to go pick up the part from another dealer in Appleton because the part they had provmised me was sold to somebody else. 2 hours and $100 later, my car was fixed. I was told it would take 20 minutes and I had another appointment I had to miss and will now have to reschedule and back for in addition to using another vacation day. Also, according to the website I had read that other dealers were picking up the cost of the repair for "good faith." I was not satisfied with how this issue was handled by Cliff Wall. More

Nice refreshments are available without charge. It is easy to read, work, browse online, or watch TV while waiting. The restrooms are always fresh and clean. The folks at Cliff Wall show respect to all customers, regardless of how much we do or do not understand what goes on under the hoods of our cars.
