The Oil Change with No Oil I took my 2013 Legacy into Cliff Wall for an oil change on 7/18/2018. During that maintenance, I was told that my break pads were getting old and that I took my 2013 Legacy into Cliff Wall for an oil change on 7/18/2018. During that maintenance, I was told that my break pads were getting old and that they would need to be replaced. I was planning a trip to Kansas City, MO on 8/28/2018 so I promptly scheduled an additional maintenance appointment for 8/26/2018. The Cliff Wall mechanics changed my break pads and gave me another vehicle checklist, indicating that everything on my car was in the "green". Thinking I was all set for my trip, I headed on down the road only to find out in Appleton (20 miles from home) that my oil was low. I took my car to another establishment that changed oil and watched as the tech put a full quart of oil in my car. Not only that, but the techs also put more coolant and windshield wiper fluid in their respective places for no charge. All in all, five or six areas of my car were labeled as "green" on Cliff Wall's inspection sheet that needed correction less than two months later. This really only leaves three options: 1) the Cliff Wall employees failed to put oil in my car during my oil change; 2) the Cliff Wall employees never actually checked my oil level during my second maintenance appointment and just told me it was "green"; or 3) both. There was no oil leaking from my car and I drove less than 200 miles since the oil change allegedly took place. Cliff Wall charged me for a service that I did not receive. It makes me wonder what else I was told was "green" which really wasn't. I won't be back. More

Parking brake light Was charged $88 because the parking brake light stayed on in my car after having to turn it on. Beeped (VERY) loudly and constantly in my 2017 Outland Was charged $88 because the parking brake light stayed on in my car after having to turn it on. Beeped (VERY) loudly and constantly in my 2017 Outlander while I had to drive over 45 min to dealership from my home to have someone turn it off. Nothing was wrong with the parking brake, just malfunction in the sensor or error messages in the car. Was told 60,000 mile warranty on this, interesting it went off at 63,000 miles. Dealership charged me $88 to put on computer, which seemed absolutely ridiculous. Got an oil change mailed which was nice, but I will never bring my car there. Oil changes are outrageously expensive or apparently anything you need done. Not super impressed. More

New vehicle purchase I like that the dealership is so close to home so I can go there for car care. My salesman Greg was respectful, knowlegable, helpful, but not pushy. I have found in the past, salespeople not giving respect to women or directing info to male vs woman customer. Greg was respectful and focused on me, the female customer. Great experience all around.
