Ladies, you will be ignored! I purchased a new Subaru Outback in April 2018. Every time I have returned for scheduled maintenance, I was ignored by every male staff person. The only service center employee who even said, "Hi" and offered to help me was the only female staff in the service center. A female friend went to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle (with cash), the male salesperson treated her very poorly. She was so disrespected, she left and paid cash for a new Jeep Cherokee. I have spoken with Mr. Wall twice about the behavior of his male staff. He offered me this solution: set up an appointment with his female salesperson, Robin; who by the way is a rock star and will work very hard for you! I told Mr. Wall that I also lead a large organization and that any staff person of mine who did not provide top notch customer service would be trained again and then fired if their behavior didn't improve. His response, "I can't do that." Mr. Wall is out of touch with who is purchasing vehicles and by his response obviously does not care....go somewhere else, ladies!! Love my Subaru (saved my life in a high speed crash), but I will NOT give this dealership my business. More

Oil change and tire rotation I've always had good service, but this time when I got home I had oil leak on garage floor from spillage in the plastic cowling underneath. My tires I've always had good service, but this time when I got home I had oil leak on garage floor from spillage in the plastic cowling underneath. My tires were rotated front to back but no one changed that air pressure in the tires. My front tires are suppose to have 35 and the rear 33 according to the manual. But I check when I got home and they were 35 in back and 33 in front. My inspection sheet said it had 35 front and 33 rear. I will go back, never had a problem before. Like the place. More
