Didn’t complete everything asked of them Had my upgraded sound system which I ordered when I purchased the car installed. That is a whole other ordeal with which I’m not happy. I was sold the sound system under the impression that it would upgrade every speaker in the vehicle, not just the front two. During the visit I asked them to look into why the front drivers seat is squeaking. As far as I’m concerned they didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. Instead they said they could t get it to squeak... Yeah right, even though it squeaks every time you enter and exit the vehicle, and stop or go from a complete stop. More

Went back, they gave me a time estimate and took my cell number. I was back on the road three hours later. My 2017 Forester was under warranty and they made it easy. More

Saturday morning emergency My son's forester had an recall for a break switch. The switch failed on him early Saturday morning and would not shift from park. The service manager answered the phone when i called Saturday morning. After i explained what was happening and that my son is taking college classes already; the service manager was able to get me in that morning and had the car fixed. They also topped of the oil and replaced 4 bulbs we didn't know were out.... best dealer service I have ever experienced, bar none! More
GREAT They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a lot of money to have an exhaust issue fixed, and here They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a lot of money to have an exhaust issue fixed, and here the last person who did my oil changed checked the air filter and did not put the cap back on correctly making a loud noise while driving. Needless to say, I didn't have to pay anything! :) More
Oil Change I went in for an oil change and asked if they could also check the brakes, even though it was not on their schedule to do so.
