Knowledgeable, very friendly. Great Experience Rob was so helpful in helping schedule my appointment, it was routine, yet, there was an issue with my radio, so I couldn’t schedule online. Reasonably Priced/Honest I am from Northern Door County. While in Chicago I stopped at Subaru dealer for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I also needed an air filter I am from Northern Door County. While in Chicago I stopped at Subaru dealer for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I also needed an air filter. That invoice charge was $160. They also told me I needed to have cam carrier gaskets replaced. I called Cliff Wall Service to see what they would charge for that service. The Chicago dealer was $1000 more than Cliff Wall.. I will never go back to the Chicago dealer again. Cliff Wall does honest good work. More

Mazda CX -3 was cold starting very rough We are not done with service. I picked up car on Thursday evening of last week (I live in Menominee, MI) It drives fine from a warm start. When I went to start the car on Friday morning with a cold start, it repeated its problem. This initial problem came from another car dealer in Madison. Cliff Wall is trying to fix the problem. I am taking the car back in on Thursday as it is a 60 mile drive and I don't get out of work until 4:30. John, the service coordinator, has been outstanding. I trust him to find the problem as this a new used car for me that came with this problem. I have enjoyed the loaner that was given me and trust Cliff Wall will solve my nasty problem. More

Bad battery Had trouble starting my car several times so took it in for evacuation. I was provided a loaner car as I needed to keep car there.
