Mazda CX -3 was cold starting very rough (continued) My car was actually at Cliff Wall longer than I had driven it since purchase! I had picked it up thinking it was fixed, but the next morning, it did the same thing. I called John at Cliff Wall and brought the car back in. He had the mechanic take everything apart again. They discovered a piece of carbon stuck causing leakage and the problem! John DeBauche was incredibly patient with my "A" personality. He answered all of my questions and fixed my car. I did not have the opportunity to meet Mike Destiche, but I thank him for being as thorough as he was. I did no buy my car from Cliff Wall, but I will service the one I have with them and also recommend the quality service I received. Oh, I live 60 miles away in the UP, but will gladly drive the distance for this outstanding service. More

Oil change Service writer was rude when I questioned about cost of oil change, since I’d never paid $60 for one before. My car doesn’t use synthetic oil. My husband discovered my car was significantly leaking oil the day after service. Mike took great care to make arrangements to pick up my car, clean up the oil on our garage floor, stay in contact with me during the process, and bring my vehicle to work once the missing gasket on my oil plug was replaced. I always liked going to the dealership for oil changes, even though it costs more than many other places in Green Bay. I liked the service and the waiting room. But this mistake could have led to serious engine issues if my husband hadn’t noticed the leak. Are the techs at Cliff Wall pushed to service cars for oil changes in too small amount of time to check things properly? This mistake caused headaches in travel to work, bringing my daughter to and from school, and missing a paid for exercise class. It cost gas for the trip across town and back. I will no longer bring my 2011 Subaru Outback to the dealership for routine oil changes and other “easy” repairs. Amy Kupsh More
