Amy, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent experience with our service department. Your experience does not represent the way we want to handle our customer's vehicles. You are correct that the mistake you experienced is serious, and not something we want to repeat. Our priority is the safety of our customers and our technicians are not pushed to perform oil changes too quickly- if anything, we want them to slow down to properly check that things are done right the first time. The technician who worked on your vehicle is a new employee, and while it doesn't excuse the error, Mike has done retraining with him and all of our lube technicians. He has also done retraining with the service advisors to better verify and communicate with all of our customers. While we understand if you choose not to return to Cliff Wall, we are in the process of mailing you a gift certificate for next oil change to be on us. We understand it's the least we can do. Again, thank you for choosing Cliff Wall- We do appreciate it.
