I purchased a very nice automobile from Clement motors. The warranty states that Clement motors service the car in order for the warranty to be any good. I took my car to the service department and after b The warranty states that Clement motors service the car in order for the warranty to be any good. I took my car to the service department and after being there a week, I received a stating that my car would be ready the following day. The next day I received another call saying that my car was stolen that night at the dealership. They broke into the automotive repair center and stole keys that were not kept in a safe. The thieves stole 3 cars and mines was one of them. Everyone I spoke to lied to me at some point. They wouldn't take responsibility, they wouldn't give me a loaner car. They called me once to tell me that the car was stolen. They told me that the owner would be contacting me, never happened. At the end they wouldn't take my calls, and left a message for me to contact my insurance. I do not feel like a valued customer. When I was buying the car everyone was so friendly. When my wife spoke to the general manager, he ended up hanging up on her. I've never experienced such disrespect, More

I love my vehicle and I can thank Rick Hafflin for that. No words can express driving off in a Mercedes that you know he would put his own family in. Rick is so professional and worthy of the time spent working the deal. New to the area and experienced the flood of a lifetime but Rick let me know it was going to be alright. I only thought I could get an a bucket car but he put me in a MERCEDES, talk about giving a customer what they are worth. I cannot express how much Rick was to patient with me as he kept believing that I could really get a car I deserved despite my current situation due to my car flooding. He was able to reach past the car deal and help me through my issue and focus on getting me something deserving for a new start. Rick Hafflin is truly a good person to know and an even better sales person. The atmosphere was light and pleasant like you experience at a high end dealership.
