My experience with Clement went from Horrible to Amazing! !! 1st the original vehicle that me and wife were coming to sign papers on was abruptly Sold the night before it was picked up by another salesman fr !! 1st the original vehicle that me and wife were coming to sign papers on was abruptly Sold the night before it was picked up by another salesman from another location, Super Bummed out!!!! Patrick went right to work finding us options in our range via Price, Vehicle type Etc.., the vehicle we decided on when we took it home unfortunately we just didn't love it was not a good fit for us overall, so we decided to swap it in the time frame guarantee the dealership offered,(Love it or swap it) Patrick again hit the ground running and got to work finding us what we wanted, we got into our current vehicle, which WE think is a much better vehicle then the 1st vehicle we were originally coming to get(Ironic), so even though this was in the begging turning out to be a potential disaster all around ,the outcome was a Momentous Success and Experience. I thank Patrick for all his time he spent on this deal with us the countless phone calls we had, much thanks, Patrick's has a personable attitude blended with great salesman skills and is a all around caring guy ( building rapport) I can honestly say with this experience I've gained a true lasting friendship dealing with Patrick at Clement St. Charles. More
BUYER BEWARE. MY review (that I was asked to give while still in their office which should have been my first red flag) was initially 5 stars. I wonder how many of these 5 star reviews would still be 5 stars a few months later. We purchased a car from Clement 9 months ago. Suddenly, the car started just dieing out of no where. We took it to 3 mechanics, and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. We were finally advised to take it to the dealership. After we took the car back to Clement, it suddenly became very hard to reach them. They initially called me from a random number that did not show up on caller ID and didn't leave any voicemail. Once I figured out it was them and tried to return the calls, I was constantly put on hold and given the run around. My husband eventually gave up on phone calls and went up there. When we did finally speak with someone, we were told it would be $170 just to run a diagnostic. I agreed because what else could I do. Then we were told it would be $1300 to fix it. Which we just do not have. When I first posted my review Clement responded that $170 is industry standard for a diagnostic. I have spoken with about 4 area mechanics to get quotes for running a diagnostic and was advised by all places that they charge around $87 or less, so no it is not industry standard. I also took the car to another mechanic and showed them the list of parts Clement tried to charge me $1300 for. First they said the price was outrageous. Secondly, they said there was absolutely no way the parts listed could have anything to do with our issue. If you want to pay $6000+ for a car that will amount to scrap in 8 months, this is the right place to go. If you need reliable transportation for longer then a couple months though you may want to look elsewhere. There are a ton of reviews like mine out there, but Clement buries them with the 5 star reviews they ask for in office. Please take the time to dig and find the truth. At first I thought maybe there was no way Clement could have seen this coming. I mean hey, I'm not a mechanic. After reading so many reviews, as well as speaking to a mechanic I am beginning to realize that I don't think Clement employees any mechanics either (regardless of what they tell you) More
Nate is AWESOME. He spent so much time with me trying to get me in the exact car I wanted. He was so knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Just got a new ride today and Ryan was very helpful, he cared about my input of what I wanted he went above and beyond my expectations. After maybe an hour and a half we got all my paper work done and ever cared about my input of what I wanted he went above and beyond my expectations. Ryan Momphard was very knowledgeable about not only the car I wanted but others on the lot and at various Clement locations in Saint Louis. Thanks again, my family appreciates the hard work and dedication from all the staff at clement in Saint Charles, Mo we will definitely recommend this location for great service. More

The detailor also did a poor job cleaning vehicle. Multiple complaints of bad transmissions after purchase. More
