Service after the sale is lacking with this dealership. We bought a used Honda Pilot from Clement and they promised this big 100+ point inspection to identify anything that needed replaced. They did replace the brakes, along with fix what they called a "bad oil leak from front valve cover". Fast forward to just shy of two months after purchase and the alternator is shot. I researched and noticed with the Pilot that a front valve cover leak can sometimes spill onto the alternator and damage it. When my mechanic pulled the alternator to replace it, sure enough, it was completely soaked with oil. He was completely shocked at the amount of oil and that it was missed. I contacted the dealership and they asked me to send them pictures of the alternator. I sent over the drenched alternator and they proceed to tell me there's nothing they could do and that is a used vehicle. It is a used vehicle that you supposedly inspected. Not sure how this can be missed. Very poor customer service. Tristan Colley did a nice job during the sale process. Kevin Ormsbee, I believe, at least tried to make the situation right by presenting pictures of my oil baked alternator to management. Management above him denied it. So, I'm not sure who in management to give the one star rating to. At least that's the story I was given. With this dealership, you never know. We're not talking about salt of the earth people here, after all. My wife wanted the Pilot for its size. I have a long commute and I typically buy Hyundai Elantras for their gas mileage. I buy a new car quite often and Clement will not get any future business from me, over a $300 alternator. Not smart business. Had they made this right, I would have gone to them first for my next car purchase. Buyer beware and steer clear of this place. I promise, you will regret it. More

Since I had mixed feelings about my service experiance, I was going skip the review question "Would you recommend this service center" - but the review software forces an answer. Unfortuantely I have to say was going skip the review question "Would you recommend this service center" - but the review software forces an answer. Unfortuantely I have to say "no". I brought in my 2023 Tucson Hybrid for the 16,000 mile servicing. The service area is very nice - clean, efficient, and spacious, and the job was completed in less than an hour, as promised. The service agent, Alyssa was friendly and professional. I mainly have just one complaint with this service visit...... When checking in, Alyssa said at 16k miles "they" recommend "BG EPR" to clean the lower engine. I've never heard of that service, and said I'd like to go home and research it, adn bring it back if I found it useful. Then she (correctly) pointed out that it needed to be done when changing the oil. I (mistakenly) thought "they" meant "Hyundai", and that it would be listed in the Maintenance Schedule. Also, I'm still learning about hybrids, and since small engines have to work harder, I figured that they may need extra engine care - so I agreed to the service. When I got home I checked out the Maintenance Schedule and there was no mention of this engine oil additive treatment. Also, an 11oz can of EPR (enough for my 1.6 L engine) is only about $15 - which a dealership should get way cheaper buying in bulk. Also, there was minimal (extra) service time taken....."warm" the engine (done while doing other maintenance), then (once the oil is drained) pour the EPR in and drain that out, then fill with oil. That's a very good profit margin on a $100 service, and so it feels like a unnecessary recommendation made to boost income. Again, other than the recommendation for EPR, the service was very good. I may even bring my Tucson back next time, but I'll ask beforehand about what "extra" services they recommend so I can research it. More

Dealership staff was well versed in what my expectations were for a second vehicle. I gave specs of what I was looking for and pricing.
