The web site price changed when I arrived to $500 higher. Also they said my tire pressure sensor would go off after leaving and it did not. Everything else was fine. More

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how surprising a repair estimate like this can feel, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. During our inspection, our technician found evidence of rodent damage in the engine bay that affected multiple wiring harnesses related not only to the air conditioning system, but also to the airbag system. Because airbag wiring is part of a critical safety system, repairs must meet strict manufacturer standards to ensure the vehicle remains safe and reliable. While portions of the wiring may have been repairable, the severity and location of the damage led us to recommend replacement of the affected harnesses in order to properly guarantee the repair and maintain safety standards. We provided an estimate based on the repairs necessary to fully restore the systems according to those standards. We understand you chose a different repair route, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
