I ve been brought out when a recall has already been done on my suv but got a call to schedule an appt And this last recall that I went out for was disappointing in the service dept. The communication is poor, they act like I’m supposed to know if I can go to the lobby to wait or if I have to haggle out in the dept to finish paperwork. Have had several issues with my palisade since purchasing. Parts are always on back order and there are never rentals available here. That's a huge dissatisfaction! You buy a new expensive car and have to keep brining it in for repairs and nothing in return at all. Clement needs to do better. My shock was covered under warranty but on back order. Never got a call the parts were in. I finally called and was told oh yeah it's ready to be brought in. Made the appointment and was told the part wasn't there when I got there. Gabriel made it happen to get the part from another dealership and was amazing and kind. I was not so kind form the continued frustrations here. More
