Bought used. Remote and paperwork not available when deal was done. Having to make a service appointment to have remotes programmed is also poor customer service! Why are remotes not checked before sale? Where is “the process” to ensure truck, title, and remote are all ready to go. I’ll go where “the process” is more customer friendly next time. More

It was disappointing that a tire was not in stock to replace my flattened tire due to a faulty valve stem. However, Alyssa came up with a sensible solution and put the spare on, so I could pursue obtain replace my flattened tire due to a faulty valve stem.
