We have bought several new vehicles in the pass, but never had look at a Hyundai until now. I am very glad we did. We were planning to go to the South County dealership until we noticed that there was a never had look at a Hyundai until now. I am very glad we did. We were planning to go to the South County dealership until we noticed that there was a dealership in Wentzville (much closer to where we live). On their web site we were able to veiw, compare, and price the vehicles that they had in stock to find the car we were interested in purchasing. We called and spoke to Kurt on the phone about some questions we had. We decided to go and look at their vehicles. When we arrived at the dealership we were promptly greed by a gentleman. We told him that we were here to see Kurt. He immediately took us to Kurt. From their web site we were able to get the stock numbers for the vehicles that we were interested in look at. Since Kurt knew what vehicle we were wanting to look at he was able to get the vehicle at which time he brought the vehicles into the garage. This is where we were able to look over the vehicles and Kurt was able to explain all the features the vehicles had to offer. It was cold and windy outside so far the dealership to have a heated garage it allow us to take our time looking over the vehicle in comfort. We felt the garage was a plus for the dealership itself as we have visited several dealerships in the pass, but never received any treatment like this. After we looked at the Sontana we took it for a test drive and loved it!!! When we got back to the dealership after our test drive we started to do some of the paperwork such as what vehicle we wanted to purchase and the price. While Kurt and I were talking of course, my husband start to wonder off and was looking at the Gensis. At this time my husband started to ask Kurt some questions about the gensis. Kurt had no problem in stopping what he was doing to show us the Gensis. At this time we change our minds. Instead of purchasing the Sontana which is a great vehicle in itself with lots of options. We decided to purchas the Gensis. My husband liked the sport look of the gensis. Even though I will miss having a four door vehicle I do like the Gensis too. Since we now decided which vehicle we wanted to buy, we started the paperwork for purchasing the Gensis. We got what we needed for our trade in, and came to a price on the new vehicle. After we reached a monthly payment that was in our price range. We then meet with Jason who was the fincinal advisor. Jason was very friendly and outgoing. After all the paperwork was finished. Kurt gave us our owner manual and some other items for the vehicle. Kurt and Jason took us outside to show us some more things on the vehicle and to set up our blue tooth (this is something no other dealership has done for us in the pass usually they would tell you that every you need to know is in your owner manual, but they took the time to actually set it up for us). My husband and I would like to thank everyone at the Suntrup Hyundai of Wentzville dealership for a great experience in purchasing our new Gensis. Everyone there was very freindly and caring of our needs. To show and example of caring there is one name the comes to my mind and that is Kurt Maier. On the day we purchased our vehicles it was Kurt's childs birthday. Kurt and his wife were planning to that their child to a 7 o'clock show. We arrived at the dealership at 4:30pm that day to purchase a vehicle. The dealership closed at 6pm, but we did not get finished with everything and drive way until around 7:30pm. While we were with Jason in the financial office I told Kurt to go and be with his family, but he refused to go until we were all taking care of and driving away. Kurt never met us until that day and he sacrificed being at the movies with his family on his childs birthday. To me, I feel he went above and beyond his job. Some people would say "well I am buying a car and you should stay it your job." But people do have a life outside of the job. So with that said my husband and I at this time would like to especially thank Kurt for going the extra mile and taking his time in helping us. We are very very sorry that you were unable to be at the show with your family for your childs birth. We hope Suntrup knows what a great employee that have. Thank you very much Kurt. More
I recently bought a new Santa Fe. Larry Persons was my sales person and could not have been nicer or more helpful than he was. This was not a planned purchase my old car met it's permanent natural death sales person and could not have been nicer or more helpful than he was. This was not a planned purchase my old car met it's permanent natural death that morning and I had to have a new vehicle to be able to get to and from work. Larry spent time determining what I felt was the most important expectations in a new car. He introduced us to Jason Price who worked to get my payment to fit my monthly budget. The following morning I had to take Jason some paperwork and he told me the finance rate was going to be different than he had quoted me. The rate was 1.00% lower. What a GREAT surprise. Jason went the extra mile to get that rate reduction. Trying to purchase a new vehicle is usually a very stressful event for me, but Larry and Jason made it so easy. I will definetly refer my friends to them and my husband will soon be replacing his vehicle so our first stop will be to visit Larry. More
