Larry was great. As a female going into a dealership with the intent to buy, I always have to put on my game face to ensure that I get a fair deal...Larry was the complete opposite of any stereotype out ther the intent to buy, I always have to put on my game face to ensure that I get a fair deal...Larry was the complete opposite of any stereotype out there for car salesman! 2 seconds after meeting him I allowed myself to relax because I knew that he wasn't going to rip me off just to earn a paycheck. Larry listened to what I wanted out of a car, showed me only things that qualified and didn't pressure at all to upgrade. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, didn't need any of the fancy features, but the only basic car they had was blue so all I was looking at were the Limited Editions, which ran about $7K more expensive. As I was heading in to do paperwork, Larry let me know that they had a GLS just come out of inspections and was ready for me to buy! Greatly appreciated his honesty and how genuine he was. He's truly in this business for the right reasons and, while he still needs to make a paycheck like the rest of us, his paycheck isn't his #1 priority. Thanks Larry, and I'll definitely recommend you to anyone I know looking to buy! More

CHARLIE IS AWESOME! This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought with him and I could not be more pleased! He is always so friendly and patient. He takes the time to answer all of my crazy questions and helps me ex with him and I could not be more pleased! He is always so friendly and patient. He takes the time to answer all of my crazy questions and helps me explore each of my options to ensure I am truly satisfied with my new car. I was upside-down on my old car and my warranty had run out. I was looking to see if it was possible to get back to the comfort of a warranty without breaking the bank. Nothing could have prepared me for how well things turned out. I now have a car infinitely nicer than my previous vehicle, practically new, under warranty for the next 9 years and lower payments than on my old car! Jason was also wonderful and worked miracles with my credit/payment situation. My new Sonata is by far the best car I have ever owned and I will be recommending Suntrup Hyundai of Wentzville to all of my friends and family. If you are shopping for a new car... As soon as I arrived at the dealership I realized that this was going to be an enjoyble experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch, Jason allowed me to tell him what I was interested in and at no this was going to be an enjoyble experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch, Jason allowed me to tell him what I was interested in and at no point did he try to push me in to purchasing the car. Even going in to finanace there was no hard sell or pushing me into purcahsing additional items or services. This is the way all dealerships should operate. The purchase of my new Hyundai was a pleasure compared to my previous experiences where I spent 4 plus hours of my time to purchase a car. I will come back to Suntrip Hyundai to purchase my next vehicle! More

Jason and Don were excellent. Went in there thinking I had great financing at 3% and they got us a better deal at 1.59 %. They went above and beyond.
