My wife and I were looking to cut down a car payment when we received a mailer from Suntrup offering to buy back our Santa Fe at up to $1500 over its value. We met Ruben as we pulled into the lot, and he to we received a mailer from Suntrup offering to buy back our Santa Fe at up to $1500 over its value. We met Ruben as we pulled into the lot, and he took great care of us from there. After driving a few cars, and deciding between new with limited options or used with a few more bells and whistles, we were able to trade in our old car, get into a newer and smaller vehicle and still save almost $100 on our car payment. You cant beat a deal like that! More
I went to this dealership with the intention to look at new and used Hyundai SUVs. The overall experience was one that I will never forget. The small town feel was good but it was a bit too relaxed at ti new and used Hyundai SUVs. The overall experience was one that I will never forget. The small town feel was good but it was a bit too relaxed at times. The overall appearance of all of the vehicles that we looked at was very poor. The cars were very unclean and needed a lot of attention. I would not ever buy a car looking the ways these did nor consider these cars because of the condition they were in when they were trying to sell them. It was very gross. Not only the cars were unkempt but the inside of the dealership was dirty as well. I have never been to quite a dealership and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. While we were there, other customers there were commenting on the same things that we noticed while there. I do believe this dealership lost two customers that day. I have told everyone I know that is looking for a new Hyundai of my experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I CALLED DEALERSHIP TOLD THEM WHAT I WANTED TO BUY I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD WHAT I HAD ON LOT WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY HAD LIED TO US TO GET US THERE SO WE AGREED ON A CAR THEY SHOWED US THAT THEY HAD AT ANO TOLD THAT THEY HAD WHAT I HAD ON LOT WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY HAD LIED TO US TO GET US THERE SO WE AGREED ON A CAR THEY SHOWED US THAT THEY HAD AT ANOTHER STORE SO THE NEXT DAY WE WENT BACK TO BUY THE VEHICLE AND THEY CAME UP WITH STORY AND AGAIN WE WAS LIED TO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE IF YOU LIKE TO BE LIED TO THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU WE WENT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND GOT AWSOME SERVICE More

The salesman I dealt with was awesome, however the upper management was junk. I asked the salesman to get me a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T on the lot and I was looking for a price in the low $20000 range, h management was junk. I asked the salesman to get me a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T on the lot and I was looking for a price in the low $20000 range, he said he could do that. I called him the day before he was supposed to have it and he tells me they told him that he can sell it to me for under invoice, $28000...which is nowhere near the mid $20's that we discussed. I told him not to even worry about it. I figured I'd give him a chance again since he was an awesome guy who was i felt was really trying to help me out. I called him and told him I saw that Auffenberg had the same car on their lot for $25000 and told him, I'd buy it from him at that price..he said he could do that...the day before it was supposed to be on their lot, I was looking at their website and they advertised the car i was looking for on Wednesday before Black Friday. When i went to the lot to buy the car, they told me it was an error and said they'd work with me since it was their mistake. Their way of working with me was to sell the car to me for $7000 more than what they had advertised. which was $28000 and wasn't even close to the $25000 that we had already talked about. I don't know if this was an honest mistake on the internet or false advertising to lead people onto the lot for Black Friday. It was just to convenient. I went to Dean Team and purchased the car from there without any problems or issues on one visit. More
Without a doubt this dealership is great!!! They work in a very friendly way. Granted they had some hiccups but they more than made up for this with their candidness, care, and appreciation for me as a per a very friendly way. I came to Suntrup Hyundai only to look and to get an idea of what I am looking for. I came with my mother who came to the dealership and had a negative experience but decided to give it another shot. In no ore than 25 minutes a young gentleman, Shawn Goebel, came to help us. He right off the bat asked what type of vehicle I am looking for to help point us in the direction. Right away he admitted he was fairly new to car sales and likes to promote new cars because it is what he knows, and as a customer you know exactly the history of the vehicle. He introduced us to the Hyuandai Elantra and encouraged us to take a test drive. At first I hesitated, due to not knowing what I want and transitioning from driving a midsized truck. Well Shawn placed absolutely no pressure at all and encouraged us to think about it. Well long story short we left the dealership and looked at other options and ended up coming back to go after the Elantra. I love my decision purchasing the car and glad I had Shawn's help. He was willing to work with us on a deal and understanding my situation of being a student. Again absolutely no pressure and was honest. Also he asked numerous times, "Are you sure you like this car? I do not want to drive off in a car if you are not fully satisfied with it". Shawn was a great ambassador for Suntrup Hyundai and I will definitely refer future vehicle seekers his way. More
