Try Suntrup - You will Love them I started using the service department for my 2007 Santa Fe and was very pleased with the service department. When the time came to get a new car, We I started using the service department for my 2007 Santa Fe and was very pleased with the service department. When the time came to get a new car, We decided to get a new Santa Fe Sport because of the reliability and satisfaction of our 2007 Santa Fe. Luckily, my wife and I were helped in our purchase by Nicole, who was intent on fulfilling our needs. She was very helpful and never pressured us into any decisions. The overall staff was super, from Nicole to Randall and Kirk and another young man that helped up setting up the blue-link connections. Absolutely "Earned Our Business" My wife and I came by to look at a used car we saw online. When we got to the car lot the car was not ready to be shown, but my wife saw a car that took her breath away. We asked to drive it even though it was a little more than we really wanted to spend at this time. The car was an A+ on the inside as well as the outside. After we drove it we went inside and talked to Chris about it. We were upfront and honest with him and he seemed to appreciate that. After explaining to him where we could go on the car he took our numbers to Randall and after a few minutes they came back and beat our price by ANOTHER $100!!!!!! We were shocked and stunned. Randall and the team was extremely nice about it and even stayed late to finish the deal so that we could bring the car home that evening. We are definitely going back to see Chris and Randall the next time we need a car!!!!!!! We are also telling all our friends to go see then the next time they need a car also!!!!!!!!!!!! More

From the mom If I were to choose one word to describe our purchasing experience at Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville, Missouri, it would be "effortless." From the moment we walked in and explained what we were looking for, they worked to meet our needs. Bryan Grzyna was our salesman and he was both informational but not overwhelming which made the experience very easy. His knowledge and salesmanship should absolutely be recognized. This was an experience I really wanted my daughter to take in as this was her first car purchase. Bryan helped her understand the simplicity of the process which put her mind at ease. And once we agreed upon a price (which wasn't hard because Bryan was very amicable to meet our needs), we were directed to Kirk to process the loan. Kirk (in the Finance Dept.) was quite helpful explaining the payoff process (by paying bi-weekly) and was extremely helpful which was wonderful as he explained this to my daughter who was eager to learn being able to eagerly finance her new car. His assistance should also be recognized as we could tell customer service was his number one goal. Overall, we were thoroughly please with our purchase and the overall attention we received and will gladly spread the word of this amazing experience. More
don't do it Bought a 2016 tuscon brand new in february 2016. After a recall on the transmission and several trips back after the program fix didn't work, the dealership continues to not stand behind there product. They claim a vehicle is unsafe to drive and let you leave. Call you 3 days later and say you shouldn't have left with your vehicle. 3 days after that they "drive your vehicle" and tell you they can't duplicate the issue and you need to pick it up. The service manager and sales manager are jokes and have no problem letting you drive off there lot in an unsafe vehicle that will roll backwards in drive or forward in reverse. There advice is watch a youtube video and it will explain everything is working normal. What a load. No one should every buy anything from this dealer. More
