But now, I got my title and the check to license it since we rolled it into the loan and they shorted me what they told me it would be for....by almost 300. And its insulting because they even included a paper showing me what it would cost to license it showing its roughly 300 more than what they gave me back. So not only did your company not keep me informed when we were trying to get the loan approved (entire Saturday and Monday wasted, thanks) your sales manager or whoever Micheal Krause lied to my face about the check I would be getting back to license it. Why have me put that amount down telling me the check would be cut to cover license fee and then short it??? I dont understand what lying did to help you all. But if you want to go to a dealership who is going to waste your time, lie to your face, and wont return your phone calls or let you know what's going on, this would be the perfect dealership for you. Oh, and they dont hold true on their referral bonus. I had a friend refer me and she never received it. I'm also waiting for them to pay off my trade in before the late payment messes with my credit. Bravo.. I will add, my sales person was pretty helpful and helped me keep my cool before I just turned around and left. He is the only reason the sale went thru.
