When we bought the car, we were assured that every time we had service, the car would be washed and vacuumed. It has never happened. The car was washed during this visit because I asked for it. The salesman was extremely pushy I went to this dealership to buy a used car, and left with one at a great price but unsatisfactory customer service. The salesman was extremely pushy and invasive in his attempts to make small talk. We were there for 3 hours because someone who was needed to complete the purchase showed up an hour after he was supposed to, when the whole purchase could have been completed in less than an hour and a half. The car was not cleaned properly either, which was disappointing. While I’m happy overall with the car, the experience of purchasing it was unpleasant. More
