We were very upside on our mini van, but Chang our sales manager and the general manager Mike, really listened to our needs of a new vehicle and budget, never once did they try and talk us up to something we couldn't afford or ask to step out of our payment comfort window. This made me want to buy a car from her instead of dreading a numb, drawn out process. I felt that I was buying a car from a person that knew cars and wanted to put me in this car. It was an educational, emotional, dynamic, and an overall enjoyable buying experience that I highly recommend. They stopped our paperwork at the last minute at 8 pm when we decided to look at another car at the last minute with no complaints or hesitation. They offered many options within our budget and mileage preference without being pushy. They had all of our paperwork ready to go the next day so it didn’t take all afternoon. When signing our contract they thoroughly covered all of our options and helped with choosing the best warranty for our lifestyle instead of their profit.
