Very nice service. The service was really good from start to finish the Staff in the service department were very friendly and the cashier was also friendly. The only issue I have is that I had purchased the Maintenance Contract.when I purchased the car. To my disappointment and surprise I find out that the dealership has changed owners and they don’t honor the contract. There has been no notice that this has taken place. I had a coupon for 10% of the bill, which I didn’t think I needed. I could have also taken it to Suntrup South if I had known, as it is I had to pay the full amount $170.00. More

Great associates This was an overall good experience. My husband did his research on what vehicle we wanted and this was the place in our area that had what we wanted, This was an overall good experience. My husband did his research on what vehicle we wanted and this was the place in our area that had what we wanted, available. He started the online process, then went in to test drive and complete. Our only complaint, as I'm sure with most others, is the amount of time it can take to finalize the process...After he was there a few hours, I came in after work to sign the remaining paperwork, and it was a ton! 3 HOURS later we left...that's too long and there is too much paper. There has to be a better system to condense everything? Maybe not, but it's too much time for anyone. Yet overall the staff was great and friendly and wonderful to work with. Thank you! More
