Oil change If you are in hurry, no I wouldn't recommend. 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change is a bit much to sit and wait. Review I wish the advertised incentives would clearly indicate the incentives that are automatic (nothing else required but to by a car). Other dealers appar I wish the advertised incentives would clearly indicate the incentives that are automatic (nothing else required but to by a car). Other dealers apparently do the same but there are was to show those incentives and then the incentives that are conditional without making your price look higher than your competitors. Just my $ .02. More

Horrible service Short story.., made appt through corporate for car stalling . Arrived for appt. car went in 45 minutes later. An hour later, tech came out and said I need cabin air filter , tires, 2 lights were out, etc. Then proceeded to tell me I have to make another appt because the mechanic working on my car had to leave. Also, was going to charge me for diagnostic , which corporate said would be free. I even gave them the confirmation #. And had to call corporate. But , I wasn’t going to go back anyway. Horrible service! More
Disappointing Went in for a routine oil change. Was switching to the dealership from another Hyundai one. It took TWO hours! Upon entering the bay, the two servic Went in for a routine oil change. Was switching to the dealership from another Hyundai one. It took TWO hours! Upon entering the bay, the two service technicians were too busy bashing a female customer to even greet me as I exited my car and approached them. I had to wait for them to stop saying sexists things to finally get attention. There was a part on my car that another dealership had damaged during a precious oil change which this dealership noted needed fixing. I explained that I knew, that the same service manager from that dealership is now at this one, made promises to fix this at their expense and after 2-3 opportunities, never made good on that hence why this is still in need of repair. That same service manager now is telling me to take it up with the other dealership and he wouldn’t be able to help because he left on bad terms. Now I guess we will have to go once again to try to rectify this. My car was pulled out of the service bay but not in a way that was easy for me to get out of. Upon slowly exiting, another employing driving way too fast almost hit me head on in the parking lot!! Upon being checked in, I asked if they would honor a coupon sent by corporate, which they said they would, but forgot to calculate that when checking me out causing me to have to wait additional time for them to redo it all with the service manager. Would not recommend based on this experience with this part of the dealership. I can’t speak for other areas. More
