No, you have my number. You reach out to me. That's the customer service thing you guys fail at. I have reached out to your dealership dozens of times and IF someone calls me back it is just to deny everything and take no responsibility. Your sales team rushed us into buying this car that wasn't even ready to be sold yet and on the drive home it became very apparent it wasn't ready to be sold. Then magicly it needs a new catalytic converter and that turned off the check engine light that had been on since we bought it. Even though you all said it was a sensor that you still haven't even replaced.

A random review huh? Is it random to have clement screw people over every step of the way? No, that's not random, that's planned. I knew you had that capacity to look it up and expect that kind of customer service from a dealership. You didn't care about my concerns before I posted it for the public to see and all the sudden now you are going to make it right? I am looking forward to see your resolution to this absolute dumpster fire that has been my experience at clement.

Tim, this is the first time we have spoken. I was unaware of your issues until you left the review. I cant fix the sales experience but I can fix the service experience so if you would like to get a resolution please let me know. I show you purchased a car on 8/29/23 and here you are 9 months later making it seem like you just bought the car and it has issues. I show that you had brough the car back and we scanned the codes and that you have no showed to 3 of the service appointments to fix the sensor issue that you had. We had to send the part back because its been over 90 days and you never showed up. We made every attempt to try and make it right for you but you didn't bring the car back when you said you would so I cant fix something that is not here to be fixed.

First off, don't assume I am my husband but thank you! If this is the first you are hearing about it I'm sorry for you and very surprised. The entire dealership was aware of the problem when it happened. I wish i was just trying to make it seem like the problem just happened. But no, as you said this has been going on for 9 months. And yes I did miss those appointments because they were not convient for me, the customer, which I told them when it happened. If we had been sold a car that worked we would not have those issues. Also Kevin told me he is not reordering the sensor you all sent back. So what now? How are you going to fix that? And how is that not a F you? We owe you a part but because it doesn't work for you we no longer owe it to you? Is that how it works? Did you try everything to make it right? Because NO ONE EVER CALLED US TO MAKE IT RIGHT WE HAD TO CALL YOU! EVERY TIME! I am still waiting for that communication from you because I'm not calling again I should not have to.
