We recently bought a new car from Clement Hyundai. Our experience was wonderful! Sasha, our salesperson was awesome! We wanted to see a couple of vehicles to compare them and she walked us around the entire lot to find the vehicles on an EXTREMELY hot day. She went over all of the paperwork and made sure we understood what we were signing. Ben the sales manager was also great to work with. He pulled us into his office and talked to us about our experience, made sure we understood everything and gave us his contact info in case we had questions. Jeremey in finance was less than desirable but not because he’s a bad guy. Finance is where they push the warranties and gap insurance. That’s never really a pleasant experience. After finance Sasha made sure we understood the features, went over the bluelink app and made sure the car was spotless. Mark the general manager even made an appearance and made sure our experience was great! If you buy from Clement Hyundai ask for Sasha! More

We were very pleased with the personal approach of all employees that we touched base with. Initiated sales contact with Kurt on Friday over the phone for baseline negotiations, and closed it out Saturday employees that we touched base with. Service department is horrible. Numberous times I was told Mark or Kevin would call me back and I would have to end up calling the next day. When I bought the car their was a issu Numberous times I was told Mark or Kevin would call me back and I would have to end up calling the next day. When I bought the car their was a issue with the brakes. They said they changed the brakes. I started hearing griding from the brakes and shaking the from the steering wheel and I notified them again and they had me bring the car in and looked at it again. Said they had to grease the parts. I picked up the car and heard griding again they said they could hear or feeling the griding, or shaking. Me and Kevin got in the car I drove and showed him the steering wheel was shaking. He drove it felt it some and said that it being a used car they couldn't throw parts at it to figure out what was going on. Kevin told me to take it to another shop to get the car looked at. Thr next day I took car to another and they found the issue with the steering wheel shaking. It was not balance properly. The mechanic also said rear rotors had rust and that the rear brake pads need to be replace that they are at 2/32. I emailed Kevin the paperwork and I waited 4 days called Kevin was told he would have to call me back. He called me back and said that the brakes are in the their safety regulations and that they aren't gonna do nothing about the grinding .stay away from the dealership they don't care about your safety.
