Went in to purchase a new Kona. Took way to long to do the deal. 5 hours and was left on our own for alot of that time.. did get a good deal finally but the followup was a nightm Took way to long to do the deal. 5 hours and was left on our own for alot of that time.. did get a good deal finally but the followup was a nightmare. Took 2 weeks to receive the title and final paperwork. Clement Took 23 days to payoff our trade in. They had our trade in on their used car lot on web page for sale. When we were doing the deal was told by salesperson to get a 20 day trade in pay off, did not say 20 business days. When I spoke to manager Ryan after 2 weeks had past he said that Clement had 20 business days to complete pay off. Ryan was very unfriendly and belligerent. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Clement and we will not be purchasing anymore from them, More
