Went over everything the car offered for me and took very good care of making sure I was happy with my purchase. Also he wanted me to know if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle to give him a call at anytime I need to talk to him about it. I would recommend this salesman and dealership to my family and friends! More

Shameful staff. Lies, insults, and threatens. I have a dually ram 3500 that I use for OTR hauling and was planning on bringing it here for fluid maintenence every Lies, insults, and threatens. I have a dually ram 3500 that I use for OTR hauling and was planning on bringing it here for fluid maintenence every 30k miles, which for us is about every 3 months. Called service to setup appointment with Frank a few days ago. He puts me on hold for over 10 min and never returns to setup the appointment. I hang up and call back and he says he's the only one there and was swamped with calls and customers and forgot. Ok fine. Setup appointment and I specifically ask Frank to go over the prices for each service and give me a total for everything. He adds everything up and says $690 (trans, crankcase, diff etc...) I agree since this was what I was used to normally paying and we had an appointment setup for the day after. When I came to pickup truck I was told the price was now going to be $920! As you can imagine this was not okay, especially since I went out of my way to make sure to ask about the pricing ahead of time. They gave me some excuse about how pricing for oil has increased and when I asked why my service advisor gave me a different price on the phone they said his computer wasn't updated with the new pricing yet. Like that's my fault somehow. I of course refused to pay this and after some back and forth bickering, very rude and awful tone from some lady named Danielle she reduced the price to $707 and claimed she couldn't get it to $690. Fine I agreed to pay the $707 since my truck has been held hostage for about an hour now and we had to get back to work. Here's the icing on the cake... When they ran my debit card they claimed it wasn't going through. Told me I need to run it as credit. Ok run it as credit I say. Well guess what? They charge 3.5% to run cards and charged me an extra $24 on top which was $732 total now. This seems illegal and very shady to me. I never had to pay a credit card fee anywhere other than DMV. Seems like another way for them to make money off the customer as if they don't make enough already. I refused that charge and made them refund it immediately. Back to square one.... At this point Danielle lady is super mad and is yelling all over the dealership and cursing me and my brother out. Telling us she can't do anything about the fee and she can't reduce the price anymore. Finally she tells us to take our truck and get the F out and never come back. The whole time mind you we are speaking in a calm tone. We take out truck and leave feeling very insulted and confused at what just happened. This morning I get a voice-mail from the service manager Kim and he tells me to call and pay my unpaid bill or he will send me to collections. I never refused to pay, I left yesterday because I was asked to by the dealership. I was planning on resolving the payment situation later anyway. I don't appreciate the threat of collections by the general manager without even first speaking to me to try and hear my side of the story. I call him and he is rude as can be and saying he doesn't really want to hear what I have to say but if I want to I can tell him. Immediately once I start talking he cuts me off and says he's not gonna listen to me talk bad about his employees and says are you gonna pay or not? I explain to him if he doesn't want to listen then to have someone above him reach out to me and he says no he won't do that either. At this point I don't see any use in speaking to these people or trying to resolve this matter with them and I end the call. Ram Customer Care is now involved and will be handling this for me. I explained everything to them and they were very surprised to hear they charge a fee for credit card usage. I called the receptionist at the dealership back and asked her to pass this message to the manager above Kim so they are aware of what will take place now. You guys lost a frequent customer and I plan on leaving negative reviews on multiple platforms about my bad experience. They advertise being under new and improved management but obviously this is a lie. It might be new management but it's definitely not improved. More
