A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE, DAN SLAUGHTER A ROCK STAR! I went in to Columbia CDJR to purchase a pre-owned vehicle they had on their lot. I'll be honest, after having the most miserable sales experience at I went in to Columbia CDJR to purchase a pre-owned vehicle they had on their lot. I'll be honest, after having the most miserable sales experience at Dean Team Hyundai in Ballwin, MO where I purchased a $33k truck (only because I REALLY wanted THAT specific truck!) my nerves were raw!! Near immediately DAN SLAUGHTER in sales calmed the chip on my shoulder and made this a very pleasant transaction! He matched the price on an identical vehicle and MARK CHAPMAN in finance worked with us wonderfully as we register our cars out of state where we have a secondary residence. A few days after having our 2016 Nissan Rogue home we noticed an issue with one of the headlights and they, at present, have the part on order and are addressing this at NO CHARGE! That kind of 1st class service doesn't exist with most dealers AFTER you've paid for/driven away. They have a massive inventory of new & pre-owned vehicles and if you are sick of the stress-filled BS of other dealers elsewhere I recommend the decent folks at COLUMBIA CDJR to buy your next car/truck.
