Thanks for the free upgrade I brought my Toyota in for a free computer upgrade. I also wanted to get a new FOB key, as I dropped mine and it broke into a million pieces. My Blue team member Chris Chapman was extremely helpful with detailed explanations to all my questions. I was able to get a FOB key while I was getting my computer upgrade and had a very enjoyable short wait while watching the movie; Forrest Gump, and eating popcorn!!! New to area and I felt welcomed! We have just moved to this area and are used to having our Prius serviced regularly by another dealer in another state. We were a bit hesitant, but it turned out to be an excellent experience! My customer service rep was smiling and welcoming and made me feel as though we'd been coming there for a long time! The work was all done (it was a bit slow but, as he explained, they don't like to rush the workers) and the car was washed and sparkling clean when it came out. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and there were pastries as well as an assortment of coffees and teas. I will definitely go back to them when the car needs work next. More
