sales man Rocco's lied Salesman Rocco's used a lot of underhanded techniques to get me to purchase things like Parma seal .He pointed out that he was knocking off .25 % inte Salesman Rocco's used a lot of underhanded techniques to get me to purchase things like Parma seal .He pointed out that he was knocking off .25 % interest rate if I would buy it but in reality that was just the daily rate. He did not go over the line by line purchase contract t o me and my wife but simply pointed out the monthly rate which he compared to a high ball figure he ptoduced earlier.He printed out the price of the perma shield so small hard to see. When I asked to see what the extra warranties covered I was put off and still have nothing in writing I feel like I was conned and will never do business with Clearwater Toyota again. The Finance dept tell you lies to buy the warranty I took my car in for schedule maintenance and I'm not a really a big fan of warranties due to the loop holes and fine prints on the warranties to not I took my car in for schedule maintenance and I'm not a really a big fan of warranties due to the loop holes and fine prints on the warranties to not honor a repair. When I bought the car I was given wrong information on the warranty. The type of warrant was to give me unlimited wiper blades/bulbs, one time aliment and brakes pads. Come to find out the wiper blades was a only one time deal as well. Here again I was stuck with an issue with warranty issues again. Now, as for the service for maintenance, it was o.k. The service guy did have answers right away for me and had to call me back with updates. I waited too long for a ride to work and also waited a very long time to get picked back up to get my car. Not a good experience overall. More

Great Service, Great Waiting Room! This dealership always takes good care of me and has keep my car running like new. They get me in at a convenient time, and the waiting area is great This dealership always takes good care of me and has keep my car running like new. One thing I think you should do is leave the headlights in the ON position when you return the car if they were in that position when it was brought in. It's dangerous to change someone's default preferences. That's not a complaint, but a recommendation. Twice I found myself driving without my headlights on because somebody changed the setting when servicing the car. I know to look for it now, but it still would be my preference if you could leave it alone. More
