Honest high quality service for years I’ve been going exclusively to this dealership for service for years. The red team is always polite and efficient. They never recommend products or I’ve been going exclusively to this dealership for service for years. The red team is always polite and efficient. They never recommend products or service I don’t need, unless it is pro-active (such as, X failed and needs to be replaced, we recommend replacing Y while we are in there because it will save you money since Y will need to be replaced in the next N miles) it is always fixed right the first time.my car always works and never leaves me stranded. I have been to other toyota dealerships that make ridiculous recommendations for service, that never happens here. More

Customer service needs improvement Great salesman. Problem with improper registration by dealership now in legal trouble. Will not return phone call. Was told they are too busy and Great salesman. My son was rear ended and cops came and told him he could be arrested for improper registration. So they did not issue a citation to the person who hit him. My son was parked and has damage to his brand new vehicle. He is 8 hours from home All would be good if they could return phone call and give guidance on how and when issue will be resolved. Just asking for a return phone call. Is this good customer service? Beware! More
