Long delay in servicing vehicle I made my appointment by phone.. 15 or more minutes of waiting after arrive at dealer, they tell me it will be 3 hours or more to complete the servic I made my appointment by phone.. 15 or more minutes of waiting after arrive at dealer, they tell me it will be 3 hours or more to complete the service. They had no courtesy van available. I finally reached someone by phone to pick me up at the dealer. Then I had to find someone to take me back to pick up my cat after completion. I think they should have alerted me to the time required since I told them what they needed to do. I could have then either made the appointment for a different time or made arrangements for pickup and return. They could do better. More

Sales person is always great, purchased a Mercedes Benz Amg GLC43 for 40k + but came to find out I need new tires, 2k in tires.
