Appointments do Not mean anything with the service department you are in the same place in line as all the other walk-ins. So why even take appointments? My service report said that they filled the department you are in the same place in line as all the other walk-ins. So why even take appointments? My service report said that they filled the tires to 35 PSI however when I checked the pressure after I returned home all tires had the same reading, under 30 PSI, that I took before I went to my service appointment. So I doubled checked the tire pressure again with a second pressure gauge and they still read under 30 PSI. Why does the door jam sticker state that the tires should be inflated to 30 PSI and service report states 35 PSI? Why does the service report state that a car wash was done but it was not? Now because of those minor discrepancies I will have to check to see if the oil filter and cabin filter were actually replaced as indicated during the 3 hours that I waited, which should have been about 1.5 hours of service. I may have to take away the 3 stars that I have given. --Also please fix your website so that I don't have to select a field that you have already pre-selected. More
Worst Customer Service Ever xxxx poor customer service. The finance manager Mo was a real jerk who did very little to assist us in our purchase. We have a fleet of over 50 vehicles and deal with many dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area. We buy 2-3 vehicles a month on average. I have never purchased a vehicle in which the dealership intentionally tried to stress me and my coworkers out on a vehicle purchase, All we had asked was to hold the vehicle for 3-4 days while our bank had the loan application processed. The bank had even called them several times and sent out emails confirming the application delay was on their end due to all the PPP apps they were processing. Mr Mo was unable to assist us no was he able to contact us back when he stated he would. His answer was always; "there is nothing I can do to help you in this situation" Thank You Clearwater Toyota. I will never buy a vehicle from you guys nor recommend you to anyone we know. More
ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE I've leased three cars from Clearwater Toyota and had all the scheduled service done at this dealership. Everything has gone smoothly. Parvez Islam has been my sales rep for each transaction, and has provided lots of information and options, so I could make the right decision.I feel he works hard to get me the best deal possible. In fact, I'm so impressed with Parvez that, when my son needed a new car, I brought him straight to Parvez. When getting my cars serviced in the past, I've waited in the lounge. Along with the TV and comfortable chairs, they've provided free beverages, popcorn, and on various occasions, fresh baked chocolate cookies, and sandwiches. With my newest car, Parvez and I followed all the CDC Covid-19 protocols, as did the people I saw/worked with. Bottom line: I felt as safe as I could under the circumstances. More

Bought a truck one year ago and was leaking coolant. I've brought it back 11 times in that year and had no truck for over 30 days in that 11 visits.. They say no go there and get under the truck and can see the pink coolant all over, so left it again. Omg .. wife just bought a new canary but we won't to New Port Richey Toyota instead..
