Dropped off car evening before 7 AM appointment. Left waiting 10 minutes with no one assisting me. Asked someone how long it would be. Sergio went to find out but then came back and he helped me. we were satisfied with the repairs done (new battery). The issue was that it took 45 minutes to have a service manager to come and ask what the issues were. We had an appointment for 12/30 for a noise o The issue was that it took 45 minutes to have a service manager to come and ask what the issues were. We had an appointment for 12/30 for a noise on the brakes. On 12/29 the battery died and the car was stalling, the icons were all lighted up and noise on the brakes was getting worse. We called to see if we could bring the car that day because AAA told us the battery was bad and will not start agai. We understand we did not have an appt for that day but we had cooption than to take the truck. Waiting for 45 minutes was excessive!!! More

Always a great service always goes beyond what has to be done. Plus they always have a current movie playing while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced and run thru the wash afterwards done.
