About 1 week after my son purchased his pre-owned car, it had a transmission issue and needed service. My son (who btw, is on the Autism Spectrum) was stressing because he'd only had the car for 1 week at th had a transmission issue and needed service. He dealt with Michael Burns who explained what the car needed and gave him a time-line and reassured him his car would get repaired. I as a mother appreciate Michael for explaining everything to my son and arranging the rental car for him. At one point, I spoke to Michael about a concern I had with the rental car bill and Michael was very polite and understanding and took a minute to explain things to me as I wasn't getting a full/clear story from my son. It meant the world to me as a mother that Michael had enough compassion to realize my son's disability and made the whole experience less stressful overall for my son! I would highly recommend Michael Burns and the team at Clearwater Toyota Service for outstanding service and communication! More
