I was disappointed when I picked up the car they tried up charge the price when I went to pick it up I overpaid by $500 hundred after it was done . Great experience buying a used car from them. I submitted an inquiry about a car that was listed as "new arrival" and Brandon Beattie immediately texted me. After some back and forth on messages, I submitted an inquiry about a car that was listed as "new arrival" and Brandon Beattie immediately texted me. After some back and forth on messages, I was able to work some decent numbers with him on this car. My fiance and I went down next day to look at it and it was filthy, disgusting really, but because they literally just got the car, so it was fine to look at. We loved the car and we were able to negotiate 2 new tires for it as well. We bought and left the car there for the tires, the detail and some other mechanical work it needed still. Brandon was in constant communication with us, and I do admit I called him every so often for updates, but he also reached out via text and calls to inform me of updates. About a week and a half later, the car was ready for pick-up with new tires, a really good cleaning and a full tank of gas. Buying a car here was streamlined and easy. They didn't really play any xx bait-and-switch games, they were easy to work with, showed us everything and were completely transparent. I bought a Jeep from a different dealer about a month before this and had a completely different experience. Will buy from Clearwater Toyota again and I highly recommend Brandon. More
