Last week (Tuesday), I spent 6 hours trying to buy a car for cash. The salesman, Andrew, was fantastic, my mom had chosen and test driven the car within an hour. Again, paying an internet advertised out t for cash. The salesman, Andrew, was fantastic, my mom had chosen and test driven the car within an hour. Again, paying an internet advertised out the door full cash deal price, and we were still subjected to 5 hours of price negotiations and high pressure warranty pitches with various managers. A $5k down payment was made, but the car had a few blemishes, it was supposed to be ready by last Friday, it was not. This morning, Tuesday (7 days later), we received a call that the car was ready, we arrived at the dealership, paid the remaining money..., and then we were told the was NOT ready. Two hours later, after they gave us the keys, they had lost the tag for the car that my mom had given the finance manager. I thought this might be an anomaly..., but another customer was also having a heated discussion about a dealership issue. The vehicles are great, the dealership is unprofessional and dishonest...go someplace else. More

We went to several car dealers before we settled on Clearwater Toyota. The toyotas have the fewest repairs & give the best gas mileage (the hybrids give even more) than any other brand. Our salesman, Aaron, listened carefully to what our desires & requirements were. We test drove a few different cars & decided that the RAV4 was the most comfortable, easiest to drive, had the best visibility all around than the other cars. Then we sat down with him & decided what options we did & didn’t want. We decided that the XLE hybrid was the best for us. He gave us pricing. They determined how much to give us for our tradein & we ordered the car. It came in at the end of the month as Aaron said it would. We came in the next day, drove it & finalized the deal. The next day we brought in our title to the old car & the check, signed the final paperwork & drove out very happy with our new vehicle! More
