This was my second time buying a car from Clearwater Toyota. From the time I walked through the door to time I drove off the lot with my car, I felt important, appreciated and heard. I told them what I was looking for and Mainul knew exactly what I meant. I gave him a "must have" and a "wish list." Mainul showed me two that met my criteria. Honestly, I was completely prepared for the dealership to not have one on the lot. Clearwater Toyota had two. I also test drove that "almost" had everything just for the sake of comparison. Not once did Mainul push me toward the higher price. At the end of the day I drove off the lot in with the car that had everything on my list! Hasan was amazing and played a very integral part of aligning all the numbers that I needed to stay within my budget. Never telling me no, but instead offering suggestions on how we could make the sales process easy and stress-free. Wayne was my final stop. There were a ton of papers to sign.
