Very impressed with the sales department. We dealt with Johnny Syakov. He was not pushy at all, very responsive, and offered us a first-class deal for our trade-in. He was very helpful and we felt that we were not being pushed into any deal that did not suit us. Sadly, we cannot say the same for the servicing department. When we got home with our Venza, we noticed the tires were severely over inflated and the temporary spare tire had just 25 psi, instead of the recommended 60 psi. There was a part where the windshield meets the hood that was missing and the windshield washer bottle was completely empty. We had to therefore, take the car back for this to be remedied. The sales department deserve far better back-up. More

I went on line to make an appointment to have my oil changed and brake bleeding.printed out the email of the confirmed appointment. I confronted him about this and he said I was a little TESTY ! Service Not. I spent the time to have my car appointment and the price was jacked up over 40% of the on line serviced and was treated poorly. I just left ! More
