I am always impressed with Clay Cooley VW regarding the easiness with which I can get my vehicle in and out for service. My service representative is Asian and she is an AWESOME person to work with regardi easiness with which I can get my vehicle in and out for service. Excellent and fast service. I dropped off my car at 3 pm on Wednesdayand and they had the air conditionerfixed by 8:45 am the next morning. I had severe issues early on with the other service manager and service representatives, and would never use you again because of them. I finally got in with Tommy Nguyen and Rickey who were fabulous manager and service representatives, and would never use you again because of them. I called ahead explaining my battery had died, needed a jump just to get there, made sure the right battery was in stock. When the bill came they tried to charge an extra $100 on a battery test that wasn’t jump just to get there, made sure the right battery was in stock.
