I bought my last two cars here on the strength of the service department. The service rep always takes the time to patiently explain what's wrong with my car, what needs to be done, and what my options a service department. Often the rep calls in the mechanic who's actually done the work to answer questions. Several times I've been told about situations I was not aware of but that could become troublesome: Two tires that would soon need to be replaced, or a small leak that might develop into a big leak in a couple months. Because of this kind of service, when I drive out I'm confident there are no hidden problems that will pop up later, when I'm not expecting them. This sense of confidence is really the most important thing the dealer has to sell. More

Within a year we purchased two VW's. Tony has been the service man we've dealt with the most. We always ask for him because he knows his job and the vehicles. I have been coming to this dealership for many years now...and I can say that every so often the team there strives to reach the next level of service in their pursuit to satisfy and appease their custo now...and I can say that every so often the team there strives to reach the next level of service in their pursuit to satisfy and appease their customers. This last visit showed just that. Boardwalk VW Park Cities is trying yet again to reach the another level to their already existing one, and in my opinion they have. Courteosy has always been their practice no matter what level they are trying to achieve. Britney is lovely and a delight to work with.
