My car would not start. We could not find the battery. When I called the dealership it took at least 15 minutes to get someone to take my call. Jeremy finally answered and helped. Thanks to Jeremy we were able to start the car and drive it to the dealership. When we arrived we were helped by Ted. He was very nice. Our main complaint, a replacement battery should NOT be $400. I dont care where the battery is located or how long it should last, $400 is ridiculous! In addition, about 5 months ago, an air bag indicator light went off. When we took our car to this same dealer they informed us the sensor was bad and needed replacement. This would have cost us over $1,000. Turns out, the sensor was not out, the battery was going bad and needed to be replaced. The dealer continued to call my husband for months asking us to replace the sensor. With the new battery, the air bag indicator light is no longer on. Luckily we held off and we are not out an additional $1,000 for no reason. More

I bought my last two cars here on the strength of the service department. The service rep always takes the time to patiently explain what's wrong with my car, what needs to be done, and what my options a service department. Often the rep calls in the mechanic who's actually done the work to answer questions. Several times I've been told about situations I was not aware of but that could become troublesome: Two tires that would soon need to be replaced, or a small leak that might develop into a big leak in a couple months. Because of this kind of service, when I drive out I'm confident there are no hidden problems that will pop up later, when I'm not expecting them. This sense of confidence is really the most important thing the dealer has to sell. More
