No matter the situation, I know he’ll do everything in his power to make things right. I also want to recognize Michael Swartz and Asian Craven—two of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with. They make me feel genuinely valued and cared for every time I visit, whether it’s for service or just stopping by the dealership. They always treat me like more than just a customer. At the end of the day, cars are man-made, and anything man-made can have flaws. What matters most is having people you can trust to get you through any challenge—and Tomi, Michael, and Asian are exactly those people.
