Excellent and friendly service by every person I spoke with. Good communication about the status of the service as well as letting me know what needed attention now and down the line. with. The service dept is not anything near what it used to be and I’ve been bringing my car here since 2008. Greeting was great, as always. Response by the original service advisor was poor at best. It was only and I’ve been bringing my car here since 2008. Greeting was great, as always. Response by the original service advisor was poor at best. It was only after I got out of my car and went into the service manager’s - Tomi - office to tell him why I was driving away without getting the service done that I got any response. His response was good, not quite very good, but again, I had to seek him out and he then assigned me a different advisor. And all this was for just an oil change and inspection, which the initial advisor told me was going to be at least 3 hours. When I made the appointment the day before and told the guy on the phone - by the way, nobody cares to give their name unless you ask for it - that I would be waiting, he never told me it would be at least 3 hours. When my original advisor told me that and I asked her why, she refused to answer my question. I asked her for another advisor since we weren’t able to communicate very well and it went south from there. She left me sitting in my car for 15 minutes, and that’s when I walked into Tomi’s office where I found her chatting with him. Communication was poor, but Tomi did ultimately see to it that my car was serviced in a timely manner. Then there’s the matter of no longer being able to pay with a credit card without incurring a service charge for that. That was a surprise at the end when I went to pay out. THAT is not a good thing.
