There was an issue of my engine oil level being low soon after oil change service. Engine light came on soon after I drove off from the dealership. They sent a technician to my home (which is why I am givin after oil change service. Engine light came on soon after I drove off from the dealership. They sent a technician to my home (which is why I am giving 3 stars). Turned out, the engine oil was at very low level. Technician had to pour two bottles of oil. Mind you, this is after an oil change. I’m questioning their quality control. I also left a sweater in one of the chairs in their waiting area and no one has called me back about it. I called and left them messages. I’m questioning their trustworthiness. I’m leasing my car from them and I don’t think I will lease with them ever again. More

Ok experience until the first piece of paper for a sale goes in front of you. I asked them to explain an MSRP that was several thousand over the online cost; they explained some (delivery fee) but then sai goes in front of you. I asked them to explain an MSRP that was several thousand over the online cost; they explained some (delivery fee) but then said it's upgrades to the vehicle that weren't actually upgrades (clear coat paint protective that comes standard, floor mats that come standard, etc). Then when I asked for an itemization of another $4k line item called "Accessories", they said it came with the car. They used the previously-described "upgrades" which increased the MSRP was now used to justify the $4k accessories fee. Finally they agreed to a 4.9% APR to finance there, and when I got to finance they put papers in front of me to sign with 5.8% APR and a new warranty add-on package I had not agreed to. This whole time they told me I didn't hear what I heard and they kept changing their narrative and changing #s on every reprint. It was disgusting behavior. If they want ppl to purchase add-on packages, then sell the packages the honorable way: describe what packages offer and give the customer a choice. Don't force it on them and pretend it's a discount when the customer firmly declines these forced fake upgrades. This behavior was consistently modeled by the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Finance person. More
