Fantastic service, We live in New Orleans and are here for the eclipse. We had 2 check engine alerts. The car was not safe to drive. The service advisor was extremely helpful. The problem was ultimate for the eclipse. We had 2 check engine alerts. The car was not safe to drive. The service advisor was extremely helpful. The problem was ultimately a failing battery plus one other critical issue. We were on our way by 10:30 AM. Kudos to the service team. We were in a tough spot and they took care of us. More

I had a recall email from your dealership, so I made an online appointment with a comment on the form which said "please call me to explain the details of the recall". Nobody called me. When I came to th online appointment with a comment on the form which said "please call me to explain the details of the recall". Nobody called me. When I came to the dealership they told me that there were no parts released yet, so they updated my engine firmware instead. Still no details about the recall, no one knew anything. More
