January 13, 2025 At the Park Cities location, The three I worked with added service contracts without my knowledge to my contract the sales rep Moe Omar during negotiations mentioned the Family Guarantee 3yr upgrade extra $1495 I said no he said he would give it to me for free then we were talking about the CPO fee again I said no it was $1995. He talked to Moe Abunijmeh came back and said OK I want you to have warranty I’ll take care of that. Went to Josue Saucedo in finance. When we got over there, he did the numbers and when he showed me the first paperwork, the Family Guarantee & CPO was not removed I said no, told him I was told by Moe Omar I would get both of those for free Josue went to talk to The two Moe’s came back and said oh OK so he removed them supposedly when we finally started doing the contract he put it all on the iPad first time the Family Guarantee & CPO were there, said no he removed after excusing himself again. Tried again, did electronic signatures Josue kept saying you don’t have to scroll down. It will automatically take you to the next spot to sign so on the second page it showed numbers that looked right, but it only showed half that page it didn’t take me all the way down to see the bottom of page 2 because signature is in middle of that page, but they added unbeknownst to me the Ally service contract $3500 and the Ally maintenance plan $500 another $4000 added to this contract without my consent to the bottom of page 2 that Josue apparently didn’t want me to see since he kept saying will take me to the next signature, space. He didn’t give me any paperwork when I left only the few little papers that Moe Omar gave me plus the two pamphlets that he put in the envelope at the beginning of negotiations with him. when I asked him about the pamphlets. All he said was it’s something you could get later on if you choose to well when I was handed the packet from Josue same envelope when I got home in that envelope was the Ally pamphlets were in envelope but no contract Pages 1-6, called Josue on Tuesday. He was off I went there on Wednesday and we went over it again I said I never authorize that $4000. Nor did I authorize the $1495 and $1995 but it’s there on the contract and we talked about it. You were supposed to remove both. He left the office again, went to talk apparently to the two Moe’s comes back and said I’ll have to send in this form and this is all we can do is $4995 and I have to pay something for the VW service warranty. I said I didn’t agree to that. He says well that’s the only way this is gonna work so I did agree to $995 that I would pay for. He filled out a “Clay Cooley Automotive Product Cancellation Request” at the very bottom Josue wrote “oh by Moe A. GM $4995 total refund” I was telling him since all this contract is the Sales Rep, GM and your fault with all the add ons of $5000 plus on my contract causing higher payments for me plus interest I wanted the contract totally redone. This is all we can do he said. this has been going on since January 15 and nothing has been done as far as this refund every time I try to call Josue he doesn’t answer his phone. The two Moe’s don’t answer their phones, FCCU has no knowledge of any kind of refund to be applied to my principle from Clay Cooley. I’ve sent emails to both Josue and also to apparently this department that he sent my request to (scficancellations@comeseeclay.com. Subject: 338657) and they don’t answer either so Im Disgusted with this whole situation this needs to be taken care of. I’d like to speak with somebody of authority that’s over these three men. My telephone number is 214-537-1770. I would appreciate a call so we can go over resolving this. I’ve never agreed to any of these programs they added on and now I’m being charged them. And according to your slogan, it says “no add-ons ever for Clay Cooley” Jayna Whittington 214-537-1770
