I took my car in for a second time to try to get a recall service performed. After I said that I didn’t want any extra services performed, all of a sudden my seat was broken and the recall could not be perfo service performed. After I said that I didn’t want any extra services performed, all of a sudden my seat was broken and the recall could not be performed till I paid $1,500 for the seat to be fixed. The seat was not broken when I brought it in that morning. This is unbelievable and I will take my car somewhere else and forget the recall. Why issue recalls if they are just going to cause more problems with your car. This is gouging!!! More

Ulises helped us trade in our old lease and get a new one. He has knowledgeable and walked us through the process. It was as pleasurable of a car leasing experience as possible. Only issue I have is the sales guy said there’s two sets of Key fobs over text messages, once the car was given to me there was only one.
