I recently bought a used Volkswagen EOS in Flowermound. The dealership I went to recommended that I try the VW dealership out there, which I did. Overall the communication even about the work I was having done in there shop was poor. Therefore, I decided to give Boardwalk a try. What a GIGANTIC difference in service, and even friendliness. Bob was extremely professional, prompty attended to me even though I was a brand new customer and my initial service was kind-of small. He thoroughly checked out my car, adviced me about things I did not know about, and really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Just recently I went in for another service. Same wonderful experience and they even washed my car...which it needed!! He promptly priced future work I wanted done and advised me about when to do certain maintance as well.
