I get a call right back when I have a problem, they give me a ride home or to the train station easily and 99% of the time they fix the problem and no one ever makes fun of the fact that my car is 20 years old. I have been to many different dealers over the years. Boardwalk VW has been the only one that considers my time and getting me out as quickly as possible. We have worked with Boardwalk Service and Bob for over 16 years and keep coming back because of the high level of professionalism and personal service provided. There are VW dealerships closer to our house but I know that we can always count on Bob and Boardwalk to help us with our service needs, even on short notice. Recently our daughter's Beetle was broken into. My first call was to the police. My second call was to Bob to see if he could find a window replacement and have it installed overnight. Within 15 minutes Bob called back with the glass and an appointment. We brought the car in at 5 and picked it up the next day! Boardwalk coordinated everything with the insurance company and had my daughter back on the road in no time. More
