KJ was absolutely the best service advisor I’ve EVER had! ! He went above and beyond to assist me to get my car the repairs I’ve complained about since the beginning of owning this car addressed under my warr ! The other dealer I use to go to just made excuses that it was the type of brake pads VW used with ceramic coating that was the issue.
